To Joy, Holly and family. My sincerest condolences on your sad loss. Dave was a great friend and inspiration to me at University and I treasure the lifelong friendship we have enjoyed since. I'm so sorry that I can't be there, as i am in England, to hear and share what will be wonderful stories and memories of a great friend, who was an inspiration to many of us. Deb and I were grateful to be able to visit Dave recently and his friendship, guidance and sense of humour, that was second to none, will be sorely missed. The 'Cafeteria clan' will never be the same without Dave who was a shining star. thoughts are with you at this time. Love and best wishes.

Very sorry to hear of Davids passing. David was our Company lawyer for many years and was instrumental in setting up our Apparelmaster license agreements in the early years of our business. He was particularly helpful to my father and me with Licensee or contractual issues (often our only sounding board in these times) and always had time for us at short notice.
An old school thoughtful and friendly gentleman in all our dealings, we will miss him greatly.
