Died tragically at his home in Masterton on 17 January 2023. Aged 46 years. Dearly beloved son, brother, uncle, cousin and nephew to Graeme & Susie; Sophie & JD, Simone and Gemma; Clifton & Gladys, Xavier; Jacqui, Dylan and Ashton; Jamie; Marc & Mary, Thomas; Michael & Heather, Kelly; a special close friend Annette. A service will be held at Whenua Tapu Crematorium, Airlie Road, Pukerua Bay on Wednesday 25 January 2023 at 11.00am. Informal, please dress comfortably as we meet to farewell Dan.

So many memories of you growing up around pukerua bay
You were the only person to ever take me camping & apple picking
& the only person from pukerua bay to come visit me with warren after me & my kids were shipped off to Australia
My kids don´t know you but when I mention dan the bush man they always know who I´m talking about
You will always be in my memories
