VELVIN, Colin David:
Gnr. 206723 K.Force. Passed away peacefully on Friday 9 June 2017 at Wanganui Hospital aged 87 years. Beloved husband of Maureen. Loving father and father-in-law of Patrick and Janet, Helen and Bill, Murray and Elizabeth, Alison and Adrian, Peter and the late Trevor. Grandfather to his 13 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Step-son to Rosa and dearest brother and brother-in-law of the late Malcolm, Graeme and Diane, and Mary and Neville. Donations to St John Ambulance, Marton would be greatly appreciated. A service for Colin will be held at St Stephen's Anglican Church, Maunder Street, Marton at 1.00pm Tuesday 13 June 2017. RSA Servicemen are invited to attend.

So sad to hear of Uncle Colin's passing. One of the most likeable and endearing people I have ever known. My sincere condolences to Aunty Maureen and the family. All our love.
