Claude Winston (Kaa):
Died 7 March 2017. Dearly loved husband of Carolyn, father of Greg, Angela and Deon, stepfather of Jo, and Koro to Tekken and Jett. Messages to the family may be sent c/- Lychgate, 7 Johnsonville Rd, Wellington. A memorial to celebrate Claude's life and music will be held at Lychgate Funerals, cnr Johnsonville and Burgess Rds, Johnsonville, on Friday 10 March at 2.00pm.

I recall the first time we met you were in the Camp MIR as an orderly medic i think...and remember how cheerful you were when greeting us soldiers...wasnt till we got to become friends that i found out you use to be a grunt as well as a Bandsman...and liked listening to your stories ..........great times you will be missed my friend but not forgotten,,,ONWARDS Nugget

Knew Claude in Burnham when he was our coach for the Burnham Camp Soccer team in the 80s. Friendly and jovial person is what I remember of him. Also when he was at Burnham Camp Hospital. Always ready to share a coffee and a tale or two. Will be missed. RIP Bro. ONWARD
