Christopher DUDFIELD Obituary

Passed away unexpectedly on 15th March 2024. Devoted and loving father of Dayna and dog-dad to Jazz. Cherished long-term former partner of Gail. Son of the late Moe & James. Brother and brother-in-law of James (dec) & Margaret, Maurice (dec) & Gloria, Harry (dec) & Ruth. Loved by all his nieces and nephews in New Zealand and Australia. Chris will be eternally loved and missed by his wider family; the Martin's, the South's, friends and all who knew him. Chris was a retired Architect and man of many talents. In lieu of flowers, donations to the NZ Cancer Society would be appreciated and may be made online at: www.cancer.org.nz/donate-now/ as this was close to his heart and meant a lot to him. Messages to the Dudfield family may be left in Chris' tribute book at www.tributes.co.nz or posted c/- PO Box 14366, Kilbirnie, Wellington 6241. A service for Chris will be held at the Cockburn Street Chapel, cnr Cockburn St & Onepu Rd, Kilbirnie, Wellington, on Monday 25th March at 11.00am, thereafter private cremation.

I am so sorry to just read of Chris's sudden passing .Us Williams family (jack and Evon.my parents)of Wellington have such brilliant memories at Auntie Moes and Jim and Harry and Maurice and their wives, of trips to Australia and dinners out and Visiting the family home in Brooklyn.I was seriously just last week thinking of Chris and wondering how he and the others were.. much love Shona kramer (Williams)
