Christine RUSSELL-HODGE Obituary

Of Totnes, Devon, Fiji and New Zealand decided to leave us on 23 October 2023 in Timaru Hospital, New Zealand, aged 69 years. Chris lived in Horokiwi before moving to Dunedin in 2015 and Waimate in 2021. After fighting Chronic Regional Pain Syndrome for nearly 20 years, she died from Acute Myeloid Leukaemia only four days after diagnosis. Her husband John, son Jason and daughter-in-law Vicky survive her loss and celebrate her love, bravery, creativity and twinklieness with gratitude for sharing our lives with your beautiful spirit. Love you always.

Chris was cremated after a private ceremony at Timaru Crematorium on 27 October 2023 before the snow-capped Alps in a raging wind over a sea of tall grass on a sunny afternoon.
