Dear Chris, as I said to you recently, words that come to mind are immense strength, intelligence (both EQ and IQ) determination, humility, resilience, leadership and class. There are many more. My heart soul and blood, I'm so proud to call you my brother. Rest easy mate.

My darling little brother, my heart is so filled with sorrow. I know you are now free from the pain and suffering you endured over the last 10 years. You fought a brave battle and helped so many whilst on this journey but you were taken from us far too soon. I will miss your cheeky humour and quick wit, your easy smile and those direct blue eyes. Rest in peace Chris til we meet again. Moe mai, moe mai r e te tungane. Aroha mutunga kore ake tonu atu. <3 <3 <3
