Jill, my deepest sympathy upon Charles passing, such a shock. I had the most admiration for the advise received from him in regard to the Wanganui Race Horse Oweners Assocation when I was Secretary/Treasurer, along with his sound knowledge of the racing industry in general. He will be deeply missed.
