On April 3, 2022, aged 85. Loved wife of the late Sydney Ronald Lowe. Mother of Rick, Diana, Sandra, and Mike. Daughter of Rose Beatrice. Sister of Don, Evan, and Keith.
She will be much missed.
A service for Cecily will be held on Friday, April 8, 2022, at 11.00am, in St Michael and All Angels, Newlands. A live-stream will be available on smn.org.nz
