Dear Susan and Family,
What a terrible and tragic loss for you all. Although I did not have the privilege of knowing Cathy, she sounds like an amazing person who will be missed by so many--family, friends, neighbors, patients and countless others. Please know that I am thinking of you and sending my deepest sympathies for your heartbreaking loss.

Such a warm caring person. You will be sadly missed by all who knew you. My thoughts go out to Cathy's family and friends.

A caring, kind soul who always remembered something you had told her, when you had a previous blood test. She was so patience and gentle...She often drew the short straw on taking my blood, as I am one of those difficult people to get blood from....and she did it with such care and kindness.
