Bruce YOUNG Obituary

YOUNG, Bruce Bernard. - On April 9, 2013 after a battle with cancer bravely borne, Bruce passed away peacefully at Wellington Regional Hospital, surrounded by his loved ones, aged 58 years. Much loved father of his three sons, Brad, Todd, Chris & Kassy, and treasured grandfather of Carly. Dad, you will be sadly missed by us three boys. Your wisdom and wealth of knowledge, along with your memory will never be forgotten. Love you forever Dad. Loved son of the late Tom & Teresa Young. Dearly loved youngest brother, brother-in-law and uncle of June & Joe, Robert & Liz, Pam & the late Harvey, Marilyn & Paul, Graeme, the late Annette, Denise & Cliff, and his 21 nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers donations to Te Omanga Hospice would be appreciated and may be posted to PO Box 30 814, Lower Hutt 5040 or left at the service. All are welcome to attend a farewell for Bruce at the Shandon Golf Club, 471 Jackson Street, Petone on Monday April 15, 2013 at 1.00pm, followed by private cremation.

Bruce, i knew you only for a short time, but was immediately affected by your energy and light, as it seems, by the numbers there to farewell you, many people were. You have inspired us all to aim for our best everyday.
