GILMORE,
Brendan Aloysius:
Passed away peacefully on 8th October 2021, aged 91, at Te Hopai Rest Home, Wellington. Dearly loved husband of the late Mary. Loved brother and brother-in-law of Bridie and Bob Taylor, Pat and Murray Allen, and John and Margaret Gilmore. Loved uncle of Robert, John, Kevin, Brian (dec), David and Mary (dec) Taylor; Rosemary and Simon Allen; Laurence, Matthew, Juliet, Adam and Esther Gilmore; and their families. Brendan will be remembered for his faith, compassion and generosity to many in Wellington and around the world. In lieu of flowers donations to the Home of Compassion would be appreciated and made online at https://compassion.org.nz/support-us/donate/ Messages to the Gilmore family may be left in Brendan's tribute book at www.tributes.co.nz or posted to c/- PO Box 14366 Kilbirnie, Wellington 6241. Requiem Mass will be celebrated at St Mary of the Angels, Wellington, on Tuesday, October 12th, at 10.30am.
