Brenda McCARTHY Obituary

Of Paraparaumu, on Saturday, 10 August 2024, aged 87 Years. Dearly loved mother and mother-in-law of Brigid & Phil, Declan & Michelle, Justin & Bec, and the late Stephen, Kelly, and Daniel. Loved sister of Evelyn, and the late Jeannie, Fran, & Billy. Daughter of the late Ivan and Olive. Cherished aunty, nana, great-grandmother, great-great-grandmother and friend. The family wish to sincerely thank the teams from Sevenoaks and Kapiti Rest Home for their care of Brenda during this time. Messages to the family may be posted c/- PO Box 723 Paraparaumu or placed on Brenda's tribute page at www.tributes.co.nz where a livestream link will also be available to view Brenda's service. A Requiem Mass will be celebrated at Our Lady Of Kapiti Parish, 1 Presentation Way, Paraparaumu on Frida, 16 August 2024 at 11.00am, followed by burial at Paraparaumu Beach Cemetery.

Beautiful Brenda .I so miss our chats and feel like i know your family so well .Sometimes we hairdressers get certain clients who become more than clients .You are at the top of that list.You had so much to contend with in your life and were one of the inspiring Women that helped me navigate my own Grief .Now Brenda you arw now reunited with Stephen.Kelly and your Baby Daniel .Rest in Jesus's arms my special friend you have earned your rest xxxx Shona
