We have unexpectedly lost a very dear friend. She has been such an important person in our family's life since we met 28 years ago.
We will miss her very much and always remember her kindness, creativeness and love of family and community.

Greetings to the Hardy Ward family, especially Kevin, Martha, Angus & Isaac, Ann, Jane and families. I remember Barbara well and have joyful childhood memories of Ann, Barbara and Jane squabbling & Anne Prettycarcar trying to convert us all into Saints - Barbara was the peacemaker; Mr Hardy making home-made chips on the BBQ; fireworks evenings with the neighbours and the warm security of a loving family, which stays with you for life. Barbara kept in touch with Mum up until very recently and was, by all accounts, a fantastic all round daughter, mother, wife & sister. I am so sorry for her and your loss as a family and wish you well.
