SHANNON, Barbara Cecilia:
Of Otaki. Peacefully at Te Whanau Rest Home, Levin, on Wednesday 18 January 2023. Aged 95 years. Dearly loved wife of Harold. Loved mother and mother-in-law of Michael & Shona, Trish & Chris, Christine (dec), James (Jimmy) & Mary, Mark & Cath, and Philippa & Marty. A very much loved grandmother
and great-grandmother, sister, aunty and friend to many. Heartfelt thanks to the team at Te Whanau for their loving care of our mother. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Cancer Society of NZ (www.cancernz.org.nz) would be appreciated. A Requiem Mass for Barbara will be celebrated at Our Lady of Kapiti Catholic Church, 1 Presentation Way, Paraparaumu, on Tuesday 24 January 2023 at 11.00am, to be followed by private cremation.
