Avis was a loved daughter, sister, aunt and friend. A passionate Girl's Brigade Leader & member of St John's in The City for many years. Avis died peacefully at Village at The Park. Miss Marshall taught me as a six year old in 1976 at Tawa Primary School. She also taught my older brother Stan and sister Barbara. My mother, Felicja Juchnowicz, also taught at the school and was in the classroom next to Miss Marshall's. She was a nice person and was always there to help the students. Regards, Andrew Juchnowicz
