Audrey JARVIS Obituary

Passed away peacefully on Monday 22 January 2024, after a brief illness. Aged 89 years. Dearly beloved wife and best friend of the late Brion. Much loved mother and mother-in-law of Susan and the late Paul; Mukti and Darren; Sharon and Mike; Melissa and Marcal; Emma and Craig. Beloved Grannie of Amelia, Edwina, Elliot, Felicia, CJ, Anna, Jack, Josh and all her great-grandchildren.

Heartfelt thanks to the wonderful team at the Julia Wallace Retirement Village Special Care Unit for their kind and compassionate care. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the National Council of Women of New Zealand via ncwnz.org.nz/donate. Friends are invited to a celebration of Audrey's life in the Cotton's Chapel, 697 Main Street, Palmerston North, on Friday 26 January 2024, at 10.00am, followed by private cremation. I have many happy memories of shared family time in Scotland and New Zealand. Audrey was always a kind, interested and loving aunt. We lived next door in Palmerston North for a few months when I was about 12, we were made very welcome and shared many meals, weekends and holidays in that time. You and Brian have always been present in our family life.
