Atutahi HENARE Obituary

Kua mutu te whatu i te korowai o Atutahi Arthur Henare. Born in Ōtaki on 15 September 1940. Reunited with his beloved wife Pirihira Henare (nee Warren) on 19 August 2023 at age 82. Treasured Papa of the late Pirihira Ward, Adrian and Vicki Henare, Corrina and Brent McGregor, Eugene and Tracey Henare, Maria and Shane Henare (deceased), Miscene and Kevin Whiley, Erin Henare, Hiona Henare, Te KuraHuia and ngā mokopuna. Messages for the Henare Family may be sent to PO Box 26112, Christchurch 8148. Tangihanga will be held at Matau Marae, 17 Clay Road, Levin, on Tuesday, August 22 at 11.00am. Burial at The Avenue Cemetery, followed by kai hākari at Matau Marae. Te whānau Henare welcome all friends and family to join us in laying our rangatira to rest.
