I first meet Arty in 1977 when he transferred to Wellington to work at the Telegraph Branch and we became friends. He was part of my life´s tapestry as I was his. Dear Arty I wish you had taken Bryan´s advice and seen a doctor.Norm and Betty would have helped you. I do know you were the happiest for the last year of your lifethan you have been in ages. I miss our daily talks.
Love always and forever my forever

Uncle Arthur was a well respected and loved member of our family in Perth for over 37 years while he was married to my Aunty Roberta and was the brother in law of my parents Alby and Marion Belcastro. I am sorry that we lost contact towards the end of his life and want to let his family in New Zealand know that all the Belcastro family had a lot of respect for Arthur and he is in our thoughts. Personally I always found him to be friendly and kind to everyone and he always considered what he was going to say before he spoke and was a true gentleman. He is truly missed. May he rest in peace with the rest of his family.
