Artemisia LOURANTOS Obituary

LOURANTOS, Artemisia. - Born 17th February 1935, Episcopi, Greece - passed away peacefully on 6th May 2014, in Wellington, New Zealand. Beloved wife of George; Loved Mother and Mother in law of Nick & Vienna, and Andrew & Thena; Adored Yiayia of George, John, Anastasia, & Georgia. Loved sister of Erini, the late Spyro & the late George and their families. The family would like to acknowledge the fabulous Caregivers, Nurses and Doctors at Village at the Park and Te Whare ra Uta at Kenepuru. In lieu of flowers, donations will be gratefully accepted for the Greek Orthodox Church of Wellington or Alzheimers Wellington. The funeral service for Artemisia will be held at the Greek Orthodox Cathedral, "O Evangelismos tis Theotokou" (Annunciation of the Birth giver of God), 3 Hania Street, Mount Victoria on Thursday 8th May 2014 at 11:00am, followed by burial at the Makara Cemetery.
