Anthony QUINN Obituary
Anthony Brian (Tony):
Peacefully on 20 October 2018 at Mary Potter Hospice, surrounded by his family, aged 56. Dearly loved husband of Jennifer, and much loved father of Antonia, Liam and Luca. Loved son of Lucy and the late Brian, stepson of Lou and brother of Michael, Paul, Christine and Liza. Loved son-in-law of Joyce and good friend to Mark. Grateful thanks to the staff of Mary Potter Hospice for their care of Tony. Messages may be sent to the family c/- 7 Johnsonville Road, Johnsonville, Wellington 6037, or via www.heavenaddress.co.nz. In lieu of flowers donations to Mary Potter Hospice via www.marypotter.org.nz would be appreciated or may be left at the service. A funeral service for Tony will be held at the Lychgate Chapel, cnr Burgess & Johnsonville Roads, Johnsonville (family parking only), at 9.30am, on Thursday 25 October 2018, followed by private cremation.

Dear Jennifer and family
Please accept my deepest sympathy at the loss of dear Tony.
I first met Tony several decades ago when I began teaching in the School of Linguistics and Applied Language Studies at Victoria University. Always happy to help staff and students no matter how obvious the question, he was a superb librarian and colleague.
Tony will be sadly missed by all who knew him.

Jennifer, I'm so sorry for your loss.I worked with you and Tony a long time ago (1995-98 at VUW library) but I still remember Tony's droll humour and kindness as a colleague. My thoughts are with you and your family.
