Found peace while surrounded by family at Wellington Hospital aged 77 years. Cherished son of Arthur and Olive. Dearly loved husband of Lyn and father of their sons Avon, Gwynn, and Rowan, father-in-law to Renee, and much loved grandfather of Khushi, Alex, and Leon. Special thanks to the amazing staff of Ward 5 South at Wellington Hospital who cared for Tony over his final days. Messages to the Compton family may be left in Tony's tribute book at www.tributes.co.nz or posted c/- 4 Moorefield Road, Johnsonville 6037. Tony's funeral service will be held at the Guardian Funeral Home Chapel, 4 Moorefield Road, Johnsonville on Friday 31 March 2023 at 11am and will be followed by a private interment.
