Dearest Walter and family, I was so sorry to read of Annette's passing and my heart breaks for you all. I remember fondly all she taught me at Konditorei Aida and still laugh when I think of her exiting into the back cuba street carpark off to go tap dancing with her friends false eye lashes and all. Annette was never afraid to take on the world, on her terms.

Passionate about those things that brought joy to her life
and quite opinionated on those that did not.

The world is just that little bit less interesting
now that she is no longer with us.
