Mr and Mrs O Flaherty were my late parents bridesmaid and best man. That is how that met almost 76 yrs ago. I have memories of going on the train to Upper Hutt in the school holidays to visit them in their house. Always very welcoming and such a lovely family. RIP Mrs O'Flaherty.

The Jacomb family would like to offer our absolute deepest condolences to the O´Flaherty family for their loss.
Ann was a most gracious fine Lady who we have known for over 55 years. Ann always had a smile and was so welcoming. We are currently in the South Island and will therefore reluctantly miss the funeral tomorrow.
Kindest regards to everyone Michael, Trena and the Jacomb family.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the O´Flaherty family on the passing of their Mum, Ann. We have many happy memories of playing at Pine Ave and your mum was always kind and very calm. She always provided delicious baking, while your Dad grew the best berries that we raided frequently. As children you don´t realise the patience required to have half the neighbourhood running through your house and climbing into your wardrobe during hide and seek games. Your mum took it all in her stride. Thinking of you all as you celebrate her wonderful life. The Horan´s
