Passed away at Lower Hutt Hospital on 26 January 2024, aged 36 years. Loved and cared for by his Mama, Danica. Adored by his sisters Tereza, Kristina, Anita, and Maria. Uncle Andy to his Ruby, Ollie, Sophia, and Louis. The service will be livestreamed with access available on Andy's online profile via the website below. Messages to the family may also be made via his profile. In lieu of flowers, the family wish to support Wellington Free Ambulance who helped Andy hugely over the years. Donations may be made at www.wfa.org.nz. A memorial service to celebrate Andy's life will be held at Cornwall Manor, Corner Knights Rd & Cornwall St, Lower Hutt, on Saturday, 3 February 2024, at 10.00am.
