Andrew MATTHEWS Obituary
Died at home, with his family, on 15 January 2024. Aged 62 years. Treasured husband of Cathy, and father of Patrick, James, and Dylan. Adored son of the late Phillip and Betty Matthews. Beloved brother of Sara, brother-in-law and uncle of Jeff Lockhart, Kezia, Nick and the O'Sullivan family. A celebration of life gathering for Andrew will be held at the Wellington Football Club, 37 Ruahine Street, Hataitai, on Friday, January 26, 2024, at 2:00pm. In lieu of flowers, the Matthews family would appreciate donations to the Cancer Society in Andrew's honour.

Cathy & family - our deepest condolences to you in your loss of a loving husband, father and all round great guy.
We fondly remember the many Saturday mornings we parents spent on the sideline of our boys primary schoolboy rugby days in the 1990's.
