Andrew HAMILTON Obituary

Died peacefully in his 93rd year at Coastal View Retirement Home, Nelson. He was the husband of the late Audrey, and brother of Dan, and Jean Craig (Perth, Australia) and extended family. He as a good friend and truly grateful to Rebecca. As per Andrew's wishes, a private cremation has been held.

Sad to hear of Andrew's passing. We loved Audrey and Andrew's visits to Gustave's Menswear going back over 15 years ago. They were such a happy couple and Audrey loved "Dressing Andrew" He was a Gentle Man and latterly enjoyed Rebecca carrying on caring for him. We extend our condolences to the wider family. I was so sorry to learn of Andrew's passing.
Mac and my dad attended Scots College together and remained friends till my dad's death in 2019.
My brother and I have been sharing memories of wonderful family holidays with him in Wanganui. A trip there for Wellington anniversary weekend was a regular event.
Our childhood was the richer for him being in our lives, and I send my deepest sympathy on the loss of a kind, gentle man..
