I am so sorry to hear of Andy's tragic passing. I worked with him 23 years ago and always remembered him as a bright, smiling, positive character. My thoughts and love are with his family and friends.

Deeply saddened to hear of Andrews tragic passing. We were such good mates through both primary and high school, and I have wonderfully happy memories with him and the Buckley family. My sincere condolences to all his family, friends and colleagues.

So very sorry to hear of your passing Andrew, such a tragic time for your lovely family. You were an awesome venturer queens scout who loved and lived the outdoors along with your amazing ability to get along and help others. I remember the tramps and your twin brothers Mike and Chris along with the Oakley twins. Rest easy

Although I only had the chance to work with Andy for a short time he always had a smile on his face when we passed on the stairs. I know he was well thought of by friends and colleagues and will be dearly missed. My thoughts are with his wife and children.

Andy was a wonderful, long-time friend of my brother - Tony Groome. He was also very kind to our family. It was only a few weeks ago that he helped us move furniture from my step-father's apartment when he passed away. Andy brought around his trailer and did most of the heavy lifting. He also helped my mother on other occasions. Such a generous and kind-hearted man. My heart-felt sympathies are with his family. Rochelle

Always had a smile on his face, and always right by Emily and William's side at school. Will be sadly missed by many families at Cashmere Primary School.
