Heather and family,
We are both so sad to hear of the news of Allan's passing. A great person taken so early.
We remember fondly the counselling we received from Allan and yourself as we embarked upon our significant Rotary journey. Allan's relaxed, pragmatic approach mad all things sound easier and simpler and allowed the job to get done.
Our thoughts are with you. Best wishes to your family during this time

Dear Heather and family
Allan was monumentally special to me. He took on board my wish for an upgraded Peace Memorial at the SH1 corner with all his heart. He was hugely supportive of me when family issues boiled over. I was able to keep calm with his wisdom, for Andrea in her last days. Allan was a rock for us walkers. He opened his heart to me on beach walks. His last, on politics and everything good. A last ride home was a joy to the gate. How lucky l was to have known your dear Allan. He was a pillar of strength to Levin people and the world.

To Heather and Family,

We were very sad to hear about Allen's passing he will be really missed. For many years he was a passionate and dedicated supporter of the RYDA programme which must of contributed so many lives saved. His kindness to us and help in organising the programme around the lower North island as our RYDA champion and then more recently as the Levin Coordinator was greatly appreciated by us. Thoughts and prayers and with you and your children at this difficult time.

Love the RYDA team - Maria, Natalie and Pearl
