Alistair HANNING Obituary

Peacefully in the presence of family at the Wellington Regional Hospital on Tuesday 9 April 2024, aged 62 years. Much loved father of Jack and Grace and Grandad of Arlo. Loved son of John and Pauline. Brother of Fiona and Ross.

"A battler to the end" and a "Piper Extraordinaire".

A service to celebrate Al's life will be held in St John's in the City Presbyterian Church, 170 Willis Street, Te Aro, Wellington on Saturday 13 April 2024 at 2.00pm. Followed by private cremation. All messages to PO Box 29086, Wellington 6443. For those unable to attend, the service will be live streamed at www.williamcotton.co.nz/tributes

I am so sorry to hear of Alistair´s passing. I have many fond memories of working with him for many years and the friendship we built over that time. I am so sorry I´m out of NZ to bid you a final farewell Alastair but my thoughts love and prayers are with you and all those special to you.
Such a sad loss you have been taken from us too soon.
