Alexandra Manchester (Alex):
Of Te Aro and formerly of Mt Victoria. Passed away suddenly at home aged 38 years. Very much loved younger daughter of Mike Smith and Mary Busch and sister and sister-in-law to Celia and Sajid. Very special aunt of Audrey and Otis.

A funeral to celebrate Alex will be held at St Andrews On The Terrace, 30 The Terrace, Wellington, on Monday 24 April 2017 commencing at 11.00am. Thereafter a Private Cremation. In lieu of flowers, donations to WIDance (Wellington Integrated Dance) would be appreciated and may be left at the service. I was very sorry to hear of Alex's death. Please accept our sincere condolences. My wife and I met Alex just once, when she came to dinner at our house in 2014. We were struck by what a lovely, humble person she was; sensitive, and strong too, determinedly climbing the 40 odd stairs one has to navigate to reach our front door. Arohanui
