I am so sad that papa/Alistar past away but i think that we can get through every thing but papa is in peace and up there with his brothers and mother father and son.i hope that ever thhing is ok we can get through this i love papa i miss papa and i cherish him.

To Yvonne and family my condolences in the passing of Alastair, some may not know but Pat was my rock when I was coaching in the Bay, when I moved to Berhampore we use to catch up daily, know she'd be waiting for Ali to reunite the Hoogs RIP Alastair.

Alistair,
You were a brother to Vanessa and I (Carl Gray) and a fantastic uncle to Shaun and Carlson who loved you dearly.
We said our good byes to each other when we visited you in 2023, and I'm thankful we had a drink, a laugh, and a hug goodbye.
We will cherish our special moments we all had together, we love you Alistair.
We shared some outrageous & humorous times together, too many to mention.
You loved and made my sister Yvonne very happy over the years, and I thank you for that.
You were always a good father to Callan and Laura, grand father to Celeste, a great grandfather to Talia, who loved you like a father, also showing your love to your daughter inlaw Caitlin, as Caitlin joined your growing family.
We are proud to let people know you were our brother and we love you dearly, R.I.P.Alistair Paul Hogg (Hoggy), you will be always remembered, and never forgotten, love,your bro, Carl, Vanessa, Shaun and Carlson Gray.

Thank you for all the great memories you gave me over the years uncle.

From a youngster you always had time for me. When i was 13yrs old You would always let me play snooker with you at the services club in a singles game or sometimes doubles, even though it was frowned upon from some members because of my age, but you always managed to sneak me in a game or two hahahhahahha.

Another memory is when you and Uncle Pere and I think Uncle Kane decided to take Laura and the cuzzy´s out for a day out

I remember we were hard-work that day lol, especially me as I was running around like a greyhound with endless energy as you put it the last time we spoke, I think that was the last time the uncles took us out all at once always makes me laugh .

A lot people don´t know this but I would have never taken Softball up as a sport if you didn´t convince Laura´s coach to let me fill in as they were a player short.

As soon as I hit that first home run that day I was hooked.

Unfortunately I can´t make It back to pay my respects, I will be having a beer and thinking of you tomorrow Uncle RIP.

To my beautiful Aunty Yvonne,Laura, Caitlin, Celeste and Talia my condolences to you all through this tough time. Stay strong as a family through this tough time.

Alistair (Ali) was a really nice guy, popular with everyone.
He will be sorely missed.

Al, you were a battler to the end mate and an inspiration.
I really enjoyed our "chewing of the fat" over the last year or so since moving back to the "Bay".
A true hard case who could kick goals of both feet, gone to join the rest of the Hoggs in heaven.
