Dear Mui Ngah,
on behalf of the staff and Trustees of the Masterton Trust Lands Trust, may I offer you our condolences, thoughts and prayers on the death of your husband Alan.As you know Alan wrote the history of the Trust from 1872 to 1997,called "Fortuitous Legacy" it is a document that will stand the test of time. Those of us that have read it, have enjoyed its well researched content. Our addition,1997 to 2020 is underway and it is a shame Alan won't get to see it through.
kind regards,
John Bunny

It was a pleasure to work with Alan. He was astute, professional and articulate with a gentle sense of humour. He will be missed, condolences to Mui and family.

Alan and Mui Ngah, we will always remember the wonderful time we had travelling as a family and camping out at the many baches on the coasts of South Island. And quaffing local brews and wines while lazing on the patio watching the sun set. Alan, you will always be our Singaporean Kiwi brother. Rest peacefully in the arms of our Lord. We love you both very much. From the Limmies in Singapore
