Passed away peacefully at Elderslea Lodge on 17 February 2021, aged 79. Loved husband (for 55 years) of Leonie. Loved father of Stephen, Raewyn and Douglas. Loved brother of Neil (deceased) and Gordon (Nelson). Special thanks to the staff at Elderslea for their love and care. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Life Flight Trust, Box 14-448, Kilbirnie 6241, would be appreciated or may be left at the service. A service for Alan will be held in the Wesley Centre, cnr Fergusson Drive and Benzie Avenue, Upper Hutt, on Monday 22 February at 11.00am, thereafter private cremation.
