De MAXTON, Johnann:
Born in Edinburgh Scotland on April 9, 1932. Passed peacefully in Palmerston North NZ on May 27, 2021. Surrounded by her family, embraced in our love, we cared and prepared our mother for her passing. Mother, mentor, guiding light, our lives were illuminated by your presence, we are grateful to have been a part of your life journey. Mother to Jury, Deborah, Whetu, Michelle, Paul and Lea-Ann. Nahnee to Meika, Matthew, Johnathan, Amanda and Te Aotaki. Great-Grandma to Michael. Love and blessings from extended family and friends in NZ, Australia and the UK. We would like to extend our gratitude and appreciation to Johnann's wonderful team of HealthCare NZ Carers for your daily dose of compassion and humour, and to the dedicated nursing team in Star2 Palmerston North Hospital for your kindness, care and professionalism. Our final days shared together in Rm25 were enhanced by the respect and time given to allow for a beautiful experience.
