INGRAM, Betty Eleanor
(formerly Sigley):
Of Levin. On 1 October 2017, aged 84, following a brain hemorrhage. A gifted teacher for much of her life, Betty also had many other talents, including one for friendship. She was loved by many, but she will be missed most dearly by her husband Derek, daughters Sarah and Rachel, sons in law Jamie and David, and grandchildren Grace, Matilda, Angus, William, Islay May and Dougal. Thank you to all those who have supported us over the past three weeks. We have had a private cremation, as Betty wanted, but a celebration of her life to which everyone is invited will take place at Poroutawhao School (on State Highway 1, 15 minutes north of Levin), at 2.00pm, on Sunday 22 October.
